To hold your order, pay 25% down payment. Balance due before trees are loaded. All merchandise must be paid in full BEFORE the trees are loaded.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once an order is booked, any cancellation must be received before the expected digging date. If an order is already in process, we expect you to receive it or forfeit 25% deposit.
SHIPPING
Please provide proper shipping instructions with your order so it will not be delayed. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay when shipment is made by carriers other than our own. We can provide delivery for you by our own trucks, or you can obtain the services of reliable private carriers.
PICKUP ORDERS
Please call in and schedule a pickup appointment. Scheduling your pickup time helps us get your plants loaded with a minimum of waiting.
